Bedaya Ministries ("Bedaya", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through bedayaministries.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and your choices. We follow the principles of Canadian privacy law.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you email us (for example, to ask about giving, invite us to your church, or share a prayer request), we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write.
• Email updates, if you sign up. Your name and email address, and a record of your consent.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
• Your settings. The site remembers whether you chose English or Arabic, and whether you closed the "Give today" box, stored only in your own browser.

How we use it

• To reply to you and follow up on your request.
• To pray for you, if you share a prayer request. Prayer requests are kept confidential and shared only with those who pray for them, unless you tell us otherwise.
• To send email updates, only if you have agreed to receive them.
• To keep the website running and secure.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Email updates and consent

We only send email updates to people who have agreed to receive them. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email us to stop at any time.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts our website and domain.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.
• YouTube videos on our site load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Once you play a video, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
• Our email provider handles messages you send us.

These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, or as required by law, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected].

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Parents or guardians who believe a child has contacted us can ask us to delete that information.

Changes

We may update this policy as our ministry grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.

كيف نستخدمها

• للرد عليك ومتابعة طلبك.
• للصلاة لأجلك إذا شاركت طلب صلاة. تبقى طلبات الصلاة سرّية ولا يطّلع عليها إلا من يصلّون لأجلها، ما لم تطلب غير ذلك.
• لإرسال النشرة البريدية، فقط إذا وافقت على استلامها.
• للحفاظ على عمل الموقع وأمانه.

نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نتاجر بها.

النشرة البريدية والموافقة

لا نرسل رسائل إلا لمن وافق على استلامها. تتضمّن كل رسالة طريقة لإلغاء الاشتراك، ويمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا لإيقافها في أي وقت.

الخدمات التي نستخدمها

• Cloudflare: لاستضافة الموقع والنطاق.
• Google Fonts: لتوفير الخطوط، لذا يتصل متصفحك بخوادم Google لتحميلها.
• YouTube: لا تُحمَّل الفيديوهات إلا عند الضغط على زر التشغيل، وبوضع الخصوصية المحسّن. بعد تشغيل الفيديو تنطبق سياسة خصوصية YouTube.
• مزوّد البريد الإلكتروني: لاستقبال الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا.

قد يخزّن هؤلاء المزوّدون المعلومات خارج كندا، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات

نحتفظ بالمعلومات الشخصية فقط للمدة اللازمة للغرض الذي قدّمتها من أجله، أو وفقًا لما يقتضيه القانون، ثم نحذفها.

الأطفال

موقعنا غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم الشخصية عن قصد. يمكن للوالدين أو الأوصياء الذين يعتقدون أن طفلًا قد تواصل معنا أن يطلبوا حذف تلك المعلومات.
